If you have histamine issues, a sensitive stomach, or a UTI, you most likely experience bad symptoms when drinking coffee. That can really suck! But I found out that I can tolerate caffeine in chewing gum form.
I am not sure why, perhaps a different metabolism is involved where the caffeine is absorbed through the mouth before it gets to the gut, or the mold in coffees.
This chewing gum will give you steady energy from caffeine with likely no or very low histamine symptoms! I use it when I have a lack of sleep and have to work in the morning, and and it kicks me on. It’s also good when doing a hard training session at the gym. It’s just a miracle sent to earth for us coffee lovers 😉
If buying in bulk, it’s a great value.
