These best peri-menopause gummies are a massive game changer for me. I tried many different hormonal support supplements, but these work best for me so far, and based on reviews are very popular. When I started taking these gummies for my symptoms, I almost immediately felt more energy physically and mentally. After taking them for a few weeks now, I can honestly say they’ve been excellent addition to my hormone support supplements.
After 6 weeks my mood is now noticeably better, and I have enough energy to go to the gym regularly—something I struggled with before. I also noticed a significant reduction in joint and muscle pain, my brain fog and depression in luteal phrase has improved. My skin is glowing which i noticed on the day one. MCAS symptoms have improved slightly as well. I just wish i found about these gummies earlier;-)

Pros
Better Than HRT for Some People
Some people in online communities mention that HRT didn’t work for them, but these gummies did, to certain extend.
Superior Absorption: Gummies vs. Pills
Gummies absorb better than pills. This is especially important for those with MCAS, histamine intolerance, or sensitive digestive systems who may have trouble tolerating traditional supplement capsules or tablets. (I already noticed this effect with caffeinated chewing gums which gives me almost no symptoms unlike coffee does ).
Sugar-Free Formula
They’re sugar-free, which is essential because blood sugar fluctuations can trigger mood swings, hot flushes, and worsen MCAS symptoms.
Great Taste
The taste is good—the perimenopause version has a pleasant blackcurrant flavour. However, it would be nice if there were more variety of flavours, as the same one can get quite boring after a month or two of daily use.
Multiple Formulas for Different Life Stages
Starpowa makes perimenopause support, menopause support, and post-menopause gummies, so you can switch your formula as your needs change through different hormonal life phases.
Plant-Based Ingredients
The gummies contain plant-based ingredients including Red Clover, Maca, Pine Bark, and Siberian Ginseng—all traditional herbs used for hormonal support.

Cons
Contains Artificial Sweeteners
The gummies use Xylitol and other sweetening agents (Maltitol Syrup, Isomalt, Steviol Glycosides). While these are lower in calories than sugar, and better tolerated than artificial sweeteners, Xylitol can cause digestive distress in sensitive people. If you have histamine intolerance or MCAS, test a small amount first to ensure you tolerate it.
Maltitol syrup is not the best option for insulin resistance.
Note: Xylitol is actually derived from birch wood and is considered a natural sweetener, though it’s processed. However, some people still react to it, so be aware.
Frequency
Women in perimenopause take it usually just in luteal phrase 1-2x a day. In menopause can be taken every day.
What about You, did you try any of these ‘hormonal gummies’? How did they work for You?
Remember: This is not medical advice. Work with a practitioner familiar with HIT/MCAS/Hormones if possible, especially if you’re on other medications or have complex health issues. Full disclosure.
